Check out a day with us…
Tandem Skydiving
- Tandem skydiving is the easiest way to experience this gravity defying sport. It allows you to relax and take in the views of our beautiful South Australian coast line.
- Once you have checked in to our office you will be greeted by one of our instructors, who will give you a briefing on the jump. This briefing will cover everything that you need to know and do, and give you the opportunity to ask questions.
- We will fit you into a specially designed harness made for tandem skydiving, before a quick practice at the plane.
- The plane flight will take approximately 20 minutes giving you spectacular views of the coast.
- Your instructor will connect you to his parachute and do one more set of checks, before opening the door.
- Jumping from the plane is different for everyone it is normal to feel scared.
- Being scared will enhance your euphoric sensations once you leave the plane. Our instructors are very reassuring, and will help you all the way.
- You are now falling at 200km/ph for up to a minute, this is a unique sensation that you won’t want to stop.
- Your instructor will open the parachute at 4000 ft above the ground. You can take control and steer the parachute for the next 5 minutes, it’s quite easy!
- As you prepare for landing you will lift your legs up in front and your instructor will do everything for you.
- After the jump you wont be able to stop smiling, and every time you watch your DVD it will bring back that amazing sensation.

Mark has dedicated his life to Skydiving. Since his first jump 17 years ago, he was determined to forge a full time career in Skydiving. He has the highest Jump tally in South Australia by over 5000 jumps, making him the most experienced Skydiver in the State. As owner, and Chief Instructor, Mark aims to provide the safest and most enjoyable skydiving experience possible for all of his clients.

Dave, a fireman during the week, is a highly talented and decorated competitive Skydiver. A true professional, you couldn’t ask for a better instructor to look after you!

Bob is from the Netherlands and works here during the summer to escape the cold a European winter. He is one of the most experienced instructors in the world so it’s a privilege to have him on the team during our busy season.

Tim started his jumping career at Goolwa and with dedication and hard work, has moved up the ranks to instructor level. When he’s not skydiving, he’ll more than likely be a few thousand feet in the air flying his paraglider. He’s also a qualified Personal trainer, builder and surf instructor. Tim creates a great vibe at the Centre and is a valued new member of our team!
Ben Lunn:

Another enthusiastic and skilled member of the team, Ben is the leading skydiving cameraperson in Adelaide. Ben is also working his way up the chain, looking forward to getting his instructor rating in the near future.

Leon was only 14 when he turned up for ‘school work experience’ at Skydive Goolwa. He showed awesome attitude and potential, so we gave him a job! Now 16, he is the youngest person in SA to receive his Solo Skydiving License! Leon helps out on the ground in lots of capacities. One day (not yet!) he’ll know doubt be an instructor!
